Senior Analyst: Process & Reporting SME (Technology Business Services) - 2012 to 2013

Senior Analyst within the Tech Central Operational Team. Responsible for the development and issuance of management reports, stakeholder management, user training, change requests, prioritisation, governance and quality reporting. Also encompassed administering user security groups and BAU Change Releases including relevant change management and general systems and business support.

 

Achievements:

  • Designed & implemented OBS change process (inclusive of workshop facilitation to include key stakeholders and gained buy-in on the process recommended).
  • Designed and facilitated system training required for OBS change implementation.
  • Co-ordination for implementation for OBS changes in TechCentral – minimizing risk involved in Change Management by engaging business stakeholders (System Users, Workforce & Development team) and implementing Change Register for tracking purposes.
  • Successful design, creation and management of automated Monthly Status Report system (TechCentral& EPM)
  • Facilitated Training / Support (EPM &TechCentral Reporting)
  • Successful management of TechCentral Mailbox (Support /Help Desk) for system customer base (including ad-hoc queries)
  • Provided leadership, advice and support for TechCentral Operations Team – including ad-hoc support, training & change requests (i.e., changes to User Access matrix and associated forms)

Consultant / Senior Business Analyst (Finance Systems Development) - 2011 to 2012

Provide leadership for finance systems development inclusive of business analysis, PMO support, governance, systems health, quality control & process improvement.

 

Achievements:

  • PMO - Actively supported the PMO by management of change in reporting process implemented. Successfully communicated change requirements to all stakeholders & co-coordinated collection, collation & distributions of Project Reporting requirements on an on-going basis
  • GOVERNANCE & CONTROL– Successful facilitation & gathering of systems performance & project reporting data/information for the PeopleSoft Governance & Control Working Group to include a comprehensive set of useful metrics monitored & reviewed by Senior Management (monthly). Highlighted numerous systems issues and provided advice that significantly improved system quality &ultimately impacted user experience 
  • TechCentral – Co-ordination & facilitation of TechCentral data clean-up including analysis & review of current enhancements listed to reflect an accurate view of existing business needs. Followed up by stakeholder engagement to communicate process improvement recommendations
